Cosmetics to Towers Page

I've made some cosmetic changes to the Towers page. For instance, the fonts now render at the same size regardless if you're using Firefox or Internet Exploror (before, IE would render the incorrect size). Also, the column widths are fixed now, so they will display the same size no matter if you're displaying all 216 towers or just one as the result of a query. I've also gotten rid of the borders between cells and rows, so now everything is rendered together.  I've learned a couple of more pointers about CSS along the way, to say the least.

I've also set the DOCTYPE variable to transitional for all pages in the site -- thus IE won't go into quirks mode. I'm interested to see how the site looks in IE7.
