I am currently working on a new section for abandonedrails.com, called the Library. It will include railroad articles of a historic nature -- I already have three articles in the wings, I just need to scan them in (along with their pictures) and then figure out a design method for publishing them on the site.

Also, since I have just revamped the way pictures are stored in and accessed from the database, I think it's about time that I redesign the "Pictures" page. It seems rather plain right now, compared to other areas of the site. However, I'm having some trouble visualizing how the new page will look. I also thought about consolidating all the pictures into one page, and allowing the user to choose what type pictures they want to look at. I've visited some other "pictures" sites to see how they present this "album" concept, but nothing has really caught my eye. I guess I need to start that "outside the box" thinking that I seem to be deft at.
