New Format and Groups for Pictures

I've changed the graphical format for the
pictures page. Each group now has its own "box" with shaded heading and picture count. Each box shows a preview of pictures in the group by showing the first three pictures; a "View" signal directs users to the first picture of the group, allowing them to go through them individually. Also, the standard HTML <hr> tag for the site has been revised to now show a small railroad track. Something else to go along with the other railroad-scheme components.
Two new groups have been created, though they're still pretty slim on pictures right now. The
Railroad History group shows pictures of historical railroad equipment that is still standing. A number of pictures have been moved from the "Abandoned Rail Stuff" group into this more appropriate group. The second group is entitled
Here and Now (after the newly released Monopoly game of the same name). This groups features pictures taken today of current railroad scenes. For example, if I happen to take some pictures of a SATX coal train grinding through Roanoke, TX, I would post it to this group.
